Polyester Resin TP9037 is a hydroxyl –functional polyester resin for use with TGIC free curing agents ,such as powder link 1174 .Blocked?isocyantate and urea?Dione cross-linkers coatings based on polyester resin TP9037 offer?excellent flow gloss and distinction of image,?excellent exterior durability is also achieved with this resin .The resin can be used to?produce?special?wrinkle?finishes.

Application

This resin can be used in ratios of 80/20 to 88/12 polyester /isocyanate.?Cross-linkers such as huls vestagon B1530 and?Cytec’s powder link 1174 maybe used paint systems with?TP9037.backing schedule:?15 mines @200 oC(object temperature).

Package & Storage & Handling

1.?with white polyethylene bags. 25 kg each net. 35 bag each pallet and fixed with plastic film.

2.?Away from heat sources, avoid direct sunshine and keeping in each pallet separately.

3.?Validity will be 1 years under normal temperature.

This resin is non-flammable and no toxicity is known. Follow usual hygiene practice when handling resin. However take into account the potential risk resulting from additives such as?catalysts, hardeners, pigments, etc.
